Return Policy

For Best Plumbing & Lighting Moving Blowout Sale all items sold from this website ( and in-store (11703 156 St, Edmonton, AB) are final sale. If however an item is deemed defective or it is broken once opened, please return the product to our location: 11703 154 St, Edmonton, AB immdeiately. To begin the return process, please first call or email us to discuss the issue.

Clearance Items

Any items that sold from the Moving Blowout Sale is considered a clearance item(s) that cannot be returned. All clearance items are final sale.

Out-of-Stock Items

Please note that due to the high volume on in-store orders, the item(s) you have ordered online may be out-of-stock. If this is the case, a staff member will contact you in order to see if there are alternative items in order to fulfill your order. If we cannot find a suitable alternative, a refund will be issued to you for the amount of the item that was out-of-stock.

Defective Returns
If the product you have received is defective or incorrect upon arrival, we ask you contact Best Plumbing & Lighting as soon as possible. Our customer support team will help you get you replacement products in a timely fashion.


New Lower Priced Items

Previously purchased items from the sale cannot be returned or exchanged for a new lower sale price. All items are final sale for the price listed at the time of purchase.

Damaged Returns
Please inspect all order items immediately upon opening packaging. In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged or missing parts, please call or email us within seven (7) days of purchase date. Do not discard damaged products.

Once we have received your return and it has been inspected, Best Plumbing & Lighting will notify you. Furthermore, we will either approve or reject your refund depending on whether the product has remained in its original packaging and is in suitable resale condition. If the product has been used or is in anyway damaged upon receipt, Best Plumbing & Lighting will contact you directly to discuss a resolution.

Missing Parts
In the unlikely event that you receive an item with missing parts, call or email us immediately to resolve. In most cases, Best Plumbing & Lighting will provide the missing part quickly and free of charge.
